Who we are, what we build, how the money works, how delivery runs, and who owns what. If it's not answered here, the contact form goes straight to the founder.
01 · About LUNARC AI
A Melbourne AI agency that designs and installs AI systems for small and mid-sized Australian businesses: phone and chat agents, workflow automation, and the AI Operating System that ties a whole business together. Everything is built on accounts you own and measured by one agreed number per system.
Tika Rijal, a Melbourne-based founder with an operations background. From the first conversation to the day your system goes live, you work with the person who designs and builds it. No sales rep, no offshore team, no hand-offs.
Yes. Everything is designed and delivered remotely, so location makes no difference to the build. Melbourne clients can meet in person; everyone else gets the same system over video calls.
02 · What we build
Four things. An AI Strategy Audit that maps your operations and prices the opportunities. Voice and chat agents that answer your phone and website 24/7. Workflow automation for intake, follow-ups and back-office admin. And the AI Operating System: one intelligent layer that connects all of it and briefs you every morning.
A chatbot answers questions. An operating system runs work. The AIOS knows your business (services, pricing, tone, rules), connects to your real tools, handles recurring work end to end, logs every action, and reports its own numbers to your phone each morning. A chatbot is one feature of it at most.
Then that's what you buy. A Starter install is one system: the phone, the intake, the follow-ups, whichever hurts most. It still ships on the same foundation (your accounts, monitoring, documentation), so if you add a second system later it plugs in instead of starting from scratch.
Service businesses where missed calls and manual admin directly cost money: trades and home services, hospitality, health and allied health practices, real estate, and professional services like accounting and broking. If you're outside those, the audit is where we find out whether the numbers work.
03 · Pricing & guarantee
Every engagement starts with a $750 audit, credited in full to any build within 6 months. The audit report fixes your exact build price in writing before anything is built, sized to your actual business rather than a one-size price list. Ongoing Care is sized in the same report.
Because an AI system nobody monitors fails silently, and a silent failure costs you leads. Care covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and a monthly report of the system's own numbers. If it's not monitored, we don't build it.
One measurable number per system, agreed in writing before the build: for a phone system, at least 95% of calls answered and every enquiry captured. If the system isn't at the number within 30 days of going live, fixes are at my cost and the monthly fee doesn't start until it's there.
Day 30: I fix it at my cost and the monthly fee stays off until the number is hit. Day 90: if it's still not there, you walk away with your setup fee refunded. The number comes from the system's own logs, so we're both reading the same report and there's nothing to argue about.
04 · How it works
Two working sessions and a written report. Session one maps how work actually flows through your business and scores every recurring task. The report ranks your top three opportunities with hours, costs and payback, and fixes the exact price of anything worth building. Session two walks you through it with an honest go or no-go. If it doesn't document three real opportunities, it's free and you keep the report.
Most systems go live two to three weeks after the audit: design and approval in week one, build with live demos in week two, launch with training and documentation in week three. Voice agents are tested on real call scenarios before they ever answer a customer.
Two sessions of your time for the audit, access to the tools the system connects to, and quick answers during the build week. The point of the whole engagement is to need less of you, and that starts during delivery: most clients spend under five hours total from audit to launch.
05 · Your system & data
You do. Everything runs on your own accounts: your phone numbers, your integrations, your API keys. If we part ways, the system keeps working, you keep everything, and the plain-English handover documentation means another developer could pick it up tomorrow.
In Australian regions wherever the platform stack allows, and that commitment is written into your scope. Where you handle personal data, a data handling agreement comes as standard, not as an extra.
Proven commercial platforms for telephony, AI and automation, assembled on your accounts rather than resold through ours. No lock-in and no mystery stack: the handover documentation names every component, and every call, message and workflow run is logged where you can see it.
