Before anything gets built, we agree what working means: one number, written into the scope. For a phone system, that's at least 95% of calls answered and every enquiry captured. The system reports its own numbers, so we're both reading the same report. If it isn't at the number within 30 days of going live, I fix it at my cost, and the monthly fee doesn't start until it's there. If I can't get it there by day 90, you walk away with your setup fee back.
